CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Joey has had a very successful career as an innovative marketplace leader. His focus is on achieving positive results through strong leadership, effective communication, interpersonal relations, and excellent analytical skills. Joey’s successes have been the result of developing strategic partnerships and synergies with functional leaders to effectively bridge the gap between the needs of clients and customers, business objectives, operational decisions, and financial targets while continuing to contain costs and drive profitable growth.

Joey founded the Edge Companies in 1991 where he has experienced a very productive 27-year history that included being recognized nationally for his business acumen. In 2010 his leadership led the expansion of Edge Holdings through the launching of two internet-based companies and the ownership of a Golf and Spa Resort. He founded Genesis Global in 2016 which has grown to become a leader in innovative wellness products utilizing advanced biochemistry. Vitalgenics was born out of his personal experiences with successful stem cell treatments. He witnessed his wife regain mobility in a damaged knee of over 20 years thanks to regenerative therapy and has been an avid enthusiast since. He is presently focused on growing the fourth pillar in health care and supporting the regenerative medicine industry through innovative products and biologics.

Having served as a Board of Director on many local, state, and national non-profit and faith-based organizations, Joey is deeply committed to partner with others and stop the exploitation of people through forced labor and sex trafficking on a global scale.

SCOTT FAULKNER, MD

DR. INTERNAL MEDICINE

Dr. Faulkner has built his medical expertise over 20 years through a variety of roles and responsibilities in the medical field.

A native of Colorado, Dr. Faulkner completed his internship and residency at Berkshire Medical Center/University of Massachusetts. In 1999 he became board certified in Internal Medicine and was named Chief of Internal Medicine at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa in 2000.

Dr. Faulkner returned to Colorado in 2001 and established a primary care practice in Internal Medicine in Fort Morgan, as well as the Sleep Disorder Center, a specialized practice with offices in Fort Morgan, Greeley, and Colorado Springs.

After selling his practice in Fort Morgan, he became a hospitalist for Rural Physicians Group and served Colorado hospitals for 7 years. In 2017, he opened a concierge medical practice, VIP Healthcare, in Castle Rock, Colorado, which he continues to operate alongside his roles at Vitalgenics.

Dr. Faulkner’s frustration in today’s continual shift of medical treatment towards medications and surgical procedures to allay symptoms instead of bringing healing to the body has led him deeper into regenerative medicine. It was when he sought stem cell therapy for his uncle suffering from ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) and saw marked improvements within 20 days that set Dr. Faulker on a mission to share this amazing treatment option with the world.
